Multi-layer graded-density construction. The layers get progressively finer through the thickness, so coarse solids are caught early and fines deep — giving higher efficiency and roughly double the dirt-holding capacity of a standard felt in the same housing.

Typical duties

Where change frequency is the operating problem, or where a finer rating is needed without shortening runs.

Chemical & service notes

The upgrade path when a standard felt is being changed too often. Same housing, same size — roughly double the area.

Temperature

Media dependent. The housing seal has its own limit — the lower of the two governs.
