A housing without the right bag is a pressure vessel. A bag without the right housing is a consumable you cannot fit. We sell them as a pair, build them into a skid where the duty needs one — and when the system is hydraulic pipework rather than a tank, the same discipline scales into a flushing plant.

Flushing a hydraulic system is a filtration job. This is the machine for it.

A new or rebuilt hydraulic system usually fails on what was left inside it — weld spatter, mill scale, sealant and assembly grit. The fix is not a pump on a trolley. It is flushing the whole system at high velocity, through serious filtration, until the fluid itself proves clean.

The HFU 600 is a self-contained flushing plant: two pumps covering 10 to 600 litres a minute, three heated 1,300-litre tanks carrying solvent, degreaser and flush water, and up to seven filtration stages down to 5 micron on the return line.

The proof is on board. An in-line particle counter reads the fluid as it circulates — the flush is finished when the count reaches your target cleanliness class, not when the clock runs out.
