Misonics is an Australian industrial cleaning solutions company: ultrasonic machines from benchtop to 45,540 litres — the widest range in this market — with the chemistry that drives them, filtration, hydraulic flushing and ultrasonic welding. Specified as one engineered process, and proven on your parts in trial before you commit to anything.
Specifications, test results and approvals are documented throughout — so you can see how our systems are designed, tested and validated.
A fouled cooler core surfaces from a working UltraTechno 1300 bath at the end of its cycle. The soil it went in with is not on the part any more — it is in the tank, where the filtration deals with it. No brushes, no lancing, no dimension touched.
The tank made the cavitation; the process decided the frequency, the chemistry, the temperature, the dwell and the drain sequence that let a fin-packed core come out clean without a hand touching it.
Every machine we deliver is set up to do exactly this on your parts, with the cycle documented — that is what the trial proves before you commit to anything.
Filmed on a production machine in service. Silent; loads when you press play.
Most ultrasonic cleaning failures are not equipment failures. They are the wrong frequency for the contaminant, the wrong chemistry for the substrate, or a tank sized to the part instead of the process. So our advice starts where the failures start — with five questions:
Those five answers determine the machine. And because our range runs from a 3.3-litre bench unit to a 42,000-litre installation, from manual to fully automated, the recommendation can follow the application instead of the inventory. We have no incentive to sell you the big one — we stock the small one too.
Component, contaminant, material, volume, and what clean must mean.
Our laboratory cleans them and documents cycle, chemistry, temperature and sequence.
You see the result and the process data before any money moves. If ultrasonics is the wrong answer, we say so.
The equipment is specified around the verified process — never the other way.
Four-hour tested before despatch, spares in Australia, over-the-air support after.
Misonics is an Australian-owned designer, supplier and systems integrator of industrial ultrasonic equipment. Our systems are manufactured through approved international production partners, with Australian engineering, project management, assembly, testing, installation and after-sales support. The MSX Range is assembled locally.
We design and specify the systems we sell, including the drawings, operating requirements and test regime. The specification, the process behind it and the responsibility for whether it works are ours.
We do not claim to forge our own tanks. Volume manufacture happens with approved production partners, under our drawings and to our test regime.
Because you will find out at the first service call. A supplier who is straight about where a machine is made is usually straight about the rest of it.
| Stage | Where | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Application engineering | Australia | The frequency, chemistry, sequence and cycle are specified here, against your parts, by the people who will answer the phone afterwards. |
| Design and specification | Australia | Tank geometry, transducer layout, filtration, heating and controls drawn around the part — not selected from a catalogue page. |
| Volume manufacture | Approved international production partners | Built to our drawings and our test regime. It is why a 600-litre industrial machine costs what it does rather than three times as much. |
| MSX Range assembly | Australia | The MSX benchtop and floor range is assembled locally. |
| Project management | Australia | One point of contact from order to commissioning, in your time zone, on your site’s schedule. |
| Testing before despatch | Australia | Four-hour load and cavitation test. A machine that fails it does not ship. |
| Installation & commissioning | Australia | Set up on your services, with your chemistry, running your parts, and the process card handed over. |
| After-sales & spares | Australia | Spares held locally, service and over-the-air support from here. This is the part importers cannot do. |

Parts returned clean, with the cleanliness measured. Accepted on application. The service →
Generators, immersibles and rod resonators to put ultrasonics into a tank you already own. Naked Sonics →
Australia-wide, with over-the-air support extending to New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. Installations run from single benchtop units in a calibration lab to multi-stage lines in heavy industry, across 25 industries with documented application experience.
Nobody else in this market takes you from a benchtop unit to a 42,000-litre installation without changing supplier. We recommend the machine size the application requires, rather than forcing the job into a standard model.
| Family | Volume span | Built for |
|---|---|---|
| Powersonic | 3.3 – 21 L | Benchtop precision — laboratories, workshops, service counters |
| MSX | 15 – 240 L | Industrial workshop cleaning; dual frequency on selected models |
| SonoWash / SonoLift / SonoLine | 131 – 220 L | Standalone modular systems — manual, basket-lift or automated line |
| UltraKleen Pro | 100 – 320 L | Multi-stage in-line: spray, flood wash, ultrasonics, rinse, dry |
| UltraWash | 70 – 355 L | Sealed single-chamber process — wash to vacuum dry, nothing exposed between stages |
| EvoSonic EVS | 180 – 4,433 L | Heavy industrial — mining, rail, marine and plant rebuild workshops |
| UltraMax | 11,880 – 45,540 L | The largest standard systems in the range — immersible arrays at scale |
Where the catalogue ends we build to requirement — heat exchanger bundles, large fabrications, unusual duty cycles. And automation is a specification decision made before manufacture, not an upgrade bolted on later: manual, semi-automated and fully programmed systems across the range.
The figures on this site are checked against machine data, approvals and recorded cleaning trials. Where something is still being confirmed, we say so rather than round up.
The four-hour load and cavitation test every machine must pass, the benchmark report that travels with it, and certification to AS/NZS 3100 with EESS registration and EMC compliance.
