How a trial works

You send partsTwo or three representative pieces, in the dirtiest realistic condition.
We run themOn the matching chamber, with the chemistry and cycle we'd actually specify.
You get the resultCleaned parts back, the cycle recorded, and the test result against your standard.
Then we quoteA working system with commissioning and training — one number, ex GST.

Why we ask about testing

Most people come to us because they're failing a check — a water break test, a Millipore count, a swab result, or a QA hold nobody can explain.

Knowing which one tells us what the machine has to prove, not just what it has to wash.
