Seawater is the hardest service environment there is: salt, scale, marine growth and corrosion on one side, fuel and lubricant residues on the other — on components that must pass survey and go back into a hull where failure is not an option.

Salt and scale respond to inhibited descaling chemistry; fuel residues to alkaline formulations — often a two-bath sequence, proven in the trial before the vessel schedule depends on it.

What marine engineers ask us

Can plate exchangers be cleaned without opening every plate?
Plate packs are usually cleaned opened; tube bundles clean whole. The trial establishes which for your equipment.
Is it safe on CuNi and bronze?
Yes with inhibited chemistry — these alloys are standard marine work for us.
Can injectors be cleaned to service spec?
Cavitation restores spray-hole geometry without lapping; flow-test results decide, and the trial produces them.
What about survey documentation?
Logged cycles document the cleaning step for your survey and class records.
