Sonos™ series · industrial single-tank platform · 85–220

One platform. Three levels of automation.

The Sonos series is one industrial tank platform — dual-frequency 25/45 kHz, four sizes, baskets to 700 mm and 35 kg — offered at three automation levels. Start where your throughput is today; the platform moves up with you, from manual immersion to a fully automated line. From wash to dry — fully automated.

The automation ladder

The range communicates increasing automation — you climb when the throughput says so

Same tank, same chemistry, same recipe at every level — what changes is who moves the basket. That is why a process proven on a SonoWash transfers untouched to a SonoLift, and onto a SonoLine when the volume arrives. Our manual-to-automated guide is the thinking; this is the hardware.

Where the Sonos series sits in the process

Ultrasonics and oscillation built in — the line adds the rest

Misonics cleaning process stages

Every Sonos tank runs the ultrasonics stage; SonoLift and SonoLine add powered oscillation and drain-position drag-out recovery. A SonoLine then strings wash, rinse and drying into one automated sequence — the whole diagram, one machine line.

The top of the ladder

Where the platform ends up

Every level runs the same tank and the same recipe — what changes is who moves the basket. This is the last rung: a three-station SonoLine on our own floor, wash to dry, with nobody touching it between load and unload.

A Sonos L-130 cycling — lids opening ahead of the basket, a powered lift at every station. Start on a SonoWash and the process you prove there transfers here untouched.

Filmed on site at Misonics. Clip is silent and loads only when you press play.

Start the conversation where your throughput is

Manual today, automated when the volume arrives — the platform and the process card come with you.
