Will it fit?

The only question that matters first

Built around the full-length heat-exchanger bundle. Internal partitions divide it into 3 m, 6 m and 12 m working zones, so a short bundle does not cost you a 40,000-litre bath.

28 kHz — lower frequency, higher cavitation energy, aimed squarely at heavy scale and hard deposit on exchanger bundles.

The reason to buy the 12

One tank. Three working zones.

Internal partitions divide the 14.5 m tank into 3 m, 6 m and 12 m working zones. You fill and heat only the zone you are using.

3 m zoneShort bundles, headers, components — without filling 40,000 litres.
6 m zoneMid-length bundles and large fabrications.
12 m zoneFull-length exchanger bundles, cleaned whole and in one pass.

This is an operating-cost feature, not a convenience one. Heating, chemistry and treatment all scale with the volume you actually fill. A workshop running mostly short work on a full 40,000-litre bath is paying for capacity it uses a few times a year — zoned working removes that penalty, and lets the 12 replace three separate tanks.

Buy it for the 12 m bundle you clean twice a year. Run it every week on the 3 m zone.

A tank at this scale is not bought off a brochure. This is the UltraMax platform under test before shipping — transducer banks driving the full volume.

Options

Every option is a priced line in your proposal

Nothing here is a maybe. Pick the options below in the enquiry and the quotation comes back with each one priced — take them or leave them line by line.

Heating — electric or steam

Electric clamp-tube bank with baffles and a fitted temperature sensor, or a steam pipeline where your site already has the plant. Sized to your operating temperature and heat-up window.

Filtration — specified to your deposit

Circulation connections are standard on the tank. The filtration skid — pump, bag housings, valves and instrumentation on one bunded frame — is specified to what actually comes off your parts, with weirs and coalescers where oil comes with them.

Lids and covers

Open tank, manual segment lids, or full-length covers — heat retention, evaporation control and housekeeping at this volume are worth specifying on day one.

Baskets, cradles and fixtures

Bundle cradles, baskets for loose parts, or a custom fixture to your component — whatever puts the load in square and gets it out clean.

Every dimension here is indicative. Tank length is customised to the bundle, and the overall height depends on the freeboard and the support framing specified for your workshop — so the real envelope is set once we understand the parts and the site, not before. Specifications are confirmed in writing at quotation, and tanks at this scale are quoted as a delivered and commissioned system: installation, services connection and the options you actually need. Talk to our technical sales team before you plan a workshop around these figures.

Specify & price

Specify your UltraMax HX 12 — and get it priced

POA is not a brush-off. Tell us the duty and the options, and what comes back is a real number on a real proposal — the machine, every option you picked, delivery and commissioning to your site.

Each choice becomes a priced line. Not sure? Pick “advise me” and we will size it from your duty.

What are we cleaning?

This is what makes the price real — the deposit and the throughput decide chemistry, heating and filtration.
