The whole system,
on one frame.

Housings, pump, valves, gauges and pipework built onto a bunded frame with handrail and access — pressure tested and function checked before it leaves us.

The argument

One delivery, one connection, one commissioning

You can buy a housing, a pump, a valve set, gauges, pipework and a frame from six suppliers, then pay someone on site to make them into a system and find out on the day whether it works. Or the whole thing arrives on a frame, already piped, already tested.

Built and tested before it ships

Pressure tested and function checked as an assembly. Problems get found in a workshop, not in your plant.

Bunded frame

The base is a containment bund. Anything that leaks is caught rather than reaching your floor drain.

Safe access designed in

Grated deck, handrail and stair, so bag changes at height are a normal task rather than a working-at-height problem.

Forklift pockets

It arrives, it gets lifted into place, it gets connected. It can also be relocated when the plant changes.

Duplex where you cannot stop

Two or three vessels with changeover valving, so one filters while another is changed. No production stop for a bag.

Instrumented

Differential pressure across each vessel, so bags are changed on the reading rather than the calendar.

What we need from you

Seven answers and we can quote it

The fluidWhat it is, viscosity, and whether it is hot
Flow ratem³/h, and whether it is continuous or batch
What you are removingParticle type, size and roughly how much per hour
Target ratingThe micron you need out — or the problem you need solved, and we will work it back
Can it stop?If not, it is a duplex or triplex arrangement
Materials304 or 316L, and any seal restriction from the fluid
SiteSpace available, connection sizes, power, and whether it is a hazardous area

If you do not know some of these, that is normal — the first two and a sample of the fluid are usually enough for us to start.

Delivered

Certified and documented

Every vessel ships with its certificate

Product certificate stating design pressure, design temperature, materials, filter area, connections and seal, plus the hydro-test report showing the test pressure and hold time. The three four-bag vessels we supplied to Flexiparts in December 2024 were hydro-tested to 1 MPa held 30 minutes under the German AD pressure-vessel procedure. See an example certificate →

Where the installation requires registration or third-party inspection under Australian pressure-equipment requirements, raise it at enquiry stage so the documentation is specified before manufacture.

Watch it work

Skids on video

Some of this is far easier to show than to describe.

Price on application

Housings are quoted to duty — vessel size, material, seal compound, internal finish, connections and any certification requirement all move the price. Give us the fluid and the flow and you get a firm number, plus the expected bag change interval so you can budget the consumable too. Request a quote →

Behind the vessels

Built in volume, not one-offs

Production batch of filter housings
Large filter vessel in build

Tell us the duty, not the part number

Flow rate, fluid, temperature, particle size and how often you want to change bags. We size the housing and the bag around that and quote the pair, delivered and commissioned.
