Why this machine

Sized and built for heavy contamination

The 800 is built around its tank: a 1500 × 560 mm basket over 700 mm of working depth, sized for shafts, rails, long housings and the awkward loads that monopolise cranes. Ten generators deliver 15,000 watts peak of 25 kHz at 19 W/L, with autotune holding every channel on resonance.

The pneumatic lid is automated, control is IDEC HMI/PLC, and the machine draws 36 kW connected at 415 V three-phase. No elevator platform, no moving deck — the crane does the lift, the machine does the clean, and the price stays sharp.

Misonics VarioSonic X generators drive the tank

Ten side-mounted tube resonators, each on its own Misonics VarioSonic X generator with autotune — the module finds and holds the resonant point as bath load and temperature change, so the power you set is the power the parts receive.

Loading is simple and robust: the pneumatic lid opens hands-free, the 1500 × 560 mm basket sits on its resting frame in the tank, and a manual spray gun station handles rinse-off at the machine.

No elevator platform on this model — the 800 keeps it simple, and the price shows it.

Chemistry

Approved chemistry

Chemistry rule: these tanks are approved for the declared chemistry at the declared concentration and temperature. Acid chemistry needs an acid-duty specification. Hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and pickling solutions are not permitted in the tank; acid processes are only possible by indirect cleaning in a chemically inert secondary container, and only with written Misonics approval.

Before you specify

What does 'heavy industrial' actually buy over the MSX floor range?
Scale and system engineering: multi-generator arrays, PLC/HMI control with logged programmable cycles, remote diagnostics, powered handling on the platform-lift models, and factory oil management sized for genuinely dirty duty. An EvoSonic is a small plant, not a bigger tank.
How is the EVS 800 loaded, without an elevator platform?
By hoist or crane straight onto the basket resting frame — the pneumatic lid opens hands-free, the 1500 × 560 mm basket sits in the tank, and raise-to-drain is done on the hoist. It keeps the machine simple, compact and priced well under the platform-lift models; if your duty needs powered immersion, the EVS 1500-PL is the step up.
How does the oil management work?
Continuously: the displacement weir takes the surface film, oil capture removes it from circulation, the interceptor catches solids, and stainless filtration polishes the bath — so the solution keeps working for weeks, not days.
What is the remote access for?
An industrial remote-access gateway lets our engineers read the PLC, diagnose faults and adjust parameters over the air — most support calls end without a site visit.
What power and services do these need?
415 V three-phase throughout; connected load runs from ~12 kW at the small end to 136 kW on the EVS 7000. Every quote includes a site-services check before anything ships.
Can they be customised?
Yes — the seven standard sizes cover most duties, and the same engineering delivers custom tanks, platforms and integration when they do not. The TM-series custom builds in our archive are this capability at work.
How do we prove it before committing?
Laboratory trial on your parts first; for production-scale proof we arrange staged commissioning with acceptance testing on your parts. No EvoSonic is bought off a brochure.
What comes with them?
Lid, filtration and weir plumbing per model (elevator platform on the -PL models), PLC/HMI with recipes, level sensing, site commissioning with chemistry matched and first recipes loaded — AS3100, 12-month warranty.
