Industrial ultrasonic cleaners and cleaning machines
One line-up, smallest to largest — from a PowerSonic benchtop, up through the workshop and production ranges, to a large immersion tank. One question decides which one you need: what has to come off, and how clean does it have to be? Size, frequency and automation all follow from that answer.

Every ultrasonic machine & system we build or sell
In order of scale, 3 to 46,000 litres. Answer any of the three questions below to highlight the families that fit — or just scan the line-up; the right machine is the smallest one your part fits in.

PowerSonic Benchtop
Benchtop units for jewellery, dental, electronics, firearms and laboratory work. Listed pricing, bought outright.

Naked Sonics
The sonics without the tank. A generator and the transducer it drives, matched as a pair — immersibles, plates and 360° rod resonators — to retrofit a vessel you already own, or revive one that has gone deaf.

Before you choose
Rent, try, buy
Weekly rental from $26. Prove the process in your own plant before you commit capital — rental credits toward purchase.
The chemistry
The machine is half the process. Degreasers, descalers, paint strippers and rust prevention.
Temperature & substrate
The detergent has an optimum temperature range, but the part material sets the safe operating limit — often lower. Get this wrong and clean parts come out stained.

Not sure which group?
Tell us the parts and the soil. Most jobs are answered against an application we have already documented; where one is not, we quote a trial protocol and measure the result against your standard — before you spend anything. That is how every system we have delivered started.

Integrated work areas
Bunding to catch what comes off the load, a raised grated deck so the work happens at working height, and a screened washbay for the wet work beside the bath.
Built into the machine from the start, or as a separate unit that drops in beside one already on the floor. Quoted as its own line, ex GST.

Pall pleated stainless mesh candle elements, blinded solid with carbonised residue, cleaned through the full depth of the pleat pack and put back in the housing. One hour, one bath, nothing mechanical near the mesh.
