Coked ring belts. Silicate gel in cores. Ash-blinded filters. Grease-packed undercarriage. If your problem looks like this, you are in the right place: seven standard tanks from 180 to 4,433 litres that immerse the whole job, run the low-frequency power the soil demands, and keep the bath working shift after shift. And when the standard table does not fit your part — we design the tank that does.

These are the jobs EvoSonic tanks are bought for. Each one links to the documented process or sector page — soils, chemistry, cycle and verification. Send us yours and it comes back the same way: as a written process, not a promise.

Ring-belt coke, gallery varnish, jacket rust — blocks and heads stripped in one immersion, gauged unchanged. Documented process on file.
The rebuild process →
Whole-bundle immersion — shell-side scale and tube-side sludge out together, ΔT restored, no rodding scars. Sized to your longest bundle.
The exchanger process →
The ash regeneration leaves behind, removed in the two-bath process — flow-tested per filter, at truck-fleet volume in one tank.
The two-bath process →
Candle filters, demister pads and process elements recovered on rotation — ΔP logged per element, spares pool instead of purchase orders.
The recovery program →
Fin-side matting and tube-side oil out of whole cores — mining, rail and marine cooling back to design capacity without fin damage.
The core process →
Final drives, cylinders, GET and undercarriage — wash-bay soils cleaned through the drillings, with the platform doing every lift.
The sector page →Shortlist by tank opening and working depth first — the part must go in, immerse fully and come out draining. Then check power against the soil. Every model name opens the full specification.

If nothing above fits, nothing above matters: the seven standard sizes are simply the configurations we build most often. The same engineering draws a tank around your longest bundle, your heaviest frame, your takt time and your floor — envelope, frequency, power, platform, weir system and services, all specified to the job. The custom builds in our records went well past this table, and the process is the same one: your parts in our lab first, then the drawing.
Deck-height loading by trolley or forklift, powered immersion, raise-to-drain. The overhead crane goes back to the factory, and the operator gets the feature they will not give back.
25 kHz industrial demolition, stepless 10–100%, generator arrays from 2 to 42 — sized to the soil, not the brochure.
Displacement weir, oil capture, interceptor and stainless filtration per model — the solution keeps working for weeks, not Fridays.
Plate-gauge stainless, fully insulated — heat stays in the bath and the tank outlives the duty.
One recipe per part family, every cycle logged — the audit trail writes itself.
Our engineers read the PLC, diagnose and adjust from anywhere — production-critical machines stay critical.
The oscillation stage from our process diagram, motorised — even cleaning on dense, heavy baskets.
Hinged double-skin on the mid sizes, motorised on the big tanks — heat and noise contained at scale.
Services check, foundations where needed, chemistry, commissioning, operator training — one number, ex GST.
The same engineering has delivered larger and specialised tanks — when the catalogue stops, the drawing board does not.
Every EvoSonic loads at deck height and lets the platform do the immersion, the agitation and the drain hold. The overhead crane — the most fought-over asset in a busy factory — goes back to the jobs only a crane can do, and cleaning stops competing for it.
Operators rate the platform above every other feature on these machines. They are right to.
Filmed on a customer production trial — an EVS 1500-PL surfacing 500 kg to drain. Silent; loads when you press play.
Every EvoSonic delivers the ultrasonics and oscillation stages with the bath defended. Matching rinse tanks and drying stages are quoted with the machine; fully sequenced lines are SonoLine territory.
