The quality engineer

"Prove it — every basket."

Cleanliness stops being an opinion: every cycle runs a locked recipe and leaves a record — parameters as run, operator, alarms, time-stamped. When the auditor asks how part X was cleaned on the 14th, you open the log, not an argument. Validation-ready, Part 11 capable.

The floor manager

"Throughput that doesn't depend on who's on."

One operator loads a basket and presses a recipe; twenty minutes later parts come out clean, rinsed and assembly-dry. No between-stage handling, no bottleneck at the wash bay, no rework spike when the shift changes. The machine is the same on nightshift.

The technical operator

"Recipes, not folklore."

The process lives in the machine, not in someone's head: pick the part family, press start. Chemistry doses itself, levels hold themselves, filtration defends the bath, and drift shows up on the HMI before it shows up on the parts. Fewer judgement calls, better Fridays.

Inside the chamber, on a real trial
