Immersible transducer arrays

Put the power where the work is.

A sealed transducer box in SS316L, lowered into the tank and positioned against the work rather than bolted to whatever face the tank happens to have. The same arrays that drive our largest machines — sold to go into yours.

Why immersible

Position beats permanence

The array goes where the work is

Bonded transducers fire from wherever they were welded. An immersible is placed — against the side, along the base, either end of a long tank, or paired to close a field around a large component.

And it comes out again

Service, replace or relocate without cutting into a tank. On a bonded tank, a failed transducer is a fabrication job. Here it is a lift.

Frequency is chosen by the deposit, not the price list. 28 kHz for scale and hard carbon; 40 kHz where the surface finish matters. Both are limited by what the substrate will tolerate — chemistry, temperature and substrate →
