Electronics cleaning without the fear
Electronics cleaning used to mean solvents: flammable, regulated, and increasingly unavailable. Electro replaces them with water-based chemistry that removes rosin, no-clean and water-soluble flux residues — at 20–45 °C, non-flammable, with none of the vapour-management burden.
'No-clean' flux is the quiet trap it addresses: low-residue is not no-residue, and under humidity those residues become leakage paths and corrosion sites. Boards destined for conformal coating, RF service or long field life come off the line cleaner than their specification asks — cheaply.
Frequency, power and fixturing matter as much as chemistry on populated assemblies, which is why the electronics parameter set is proven on sacrificial boards in trial before production ever runs. Components that should be excluded get named before they get damaged.
