Small sites, service vans and occasional users need corrosion protection exactly as much as production shops — without the dilution procedure. Anti-Rust RTU pours at working strength: dip or spray, protected part, done.

First aid

  • Remove contaminated clothing and loosen remaining clothing.

  • Skin Contact: If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water.
  • If swelling, redness, blistering or irritation occurs seek medical assistance.
  • Eye contact: If in eyes wash out immediately with water.

What dilution and temperature do I run?
Ready to use at Ambient — and the trial sets your exact process values against your soil. Running richer than specified wastes chemical without cleaning faster. That range is the chemistry’s window — not the whole answer. The substrate sets its own ceiling, and it is usually lower: aluminium and anodised finishes discolour above about 65 °C, zinc and coated parts lower again, and magnesium is governed by pH before temperature. When do I change the bath?
When cycle times stretch, results fade, or filtration stops holding the debris. Drain, clean the tank, refill — never lay fresh solution over settled sludge.
How long does the protection last?
In-process protection is measured in hours to days between operations — matched to production flow, not storage. Parts holding longer, or heading to storage, step up to a water-displacing film; parts heading to coating need a film compatible with (or removed before) the coating. Tell us the next step and the protection specifies itself.
