Misonics UltraKleen Pro 320-3

A metre-long basket, three stations, one operator.

320 L wash and rinse tanks · ≈3750 W ultrasonics at 25 kHz · dedicated collection tank behind each wet tank · POA ex GST

Why this machine

Will the part fit?

A 1000 × 500 mm basket at 500 mm deep swallows long parts — shafts, rails, frames, heat-exchanger cores — in one pass.

The basket is the spec that matters. Everything else on this page follows from it — tank volume, ultrasonic power and heating are all sized to that basket, not chosen separately.

The line

Wash, rinse, dry — in that order, once

Station 1 · wet

Wash — ultrasonics + injection flood

25 kHz tube resonators in SS316, with injection flood wash driving chemistry through blind holes and galleries while the basket is down.

Served by Collection Tank 1 — bag filtration + belt oil skimmer
Station 2 · wet

Rinse

A separate tank with its own chemistry state — so rinse water stays rinse water instead of slowly becoming dilute wash.

Served by Collection Tank 2 — independently filtered
Station 3 · dry

Hot air dry

Forced hot air to ambient–80 °C, taking parts to handling-dry in the same pass. Vacuum drying available where assembly-dry is the standard.

No carry-out — parts leave the line finished
LoadWash · sonics + IFWRinseHot air dryUnload finished
The configuration

Horizontal travel. Top-down loading. Separate collection tanks.

Every wet tank has its own collection tank

This is the part that decides whether a line holds its standard. Wash and rinse each drain to a dedicated collection tank — CT-1 and CT-2 — with their own filtration and their own level control. Wash contamination never reaches the rinse, and the rinse never carries wash chemistry back.

On a shared-reservoir line, rinse quality degrades all shift and nobody sees it until a part fails. Here it can't happen: the two circuits never meet.

Horizontal travel, top-down loading

The basket travels the line horizontally on roller transfer, station to station. At each station an elevator platform lowers it into the tank and lifts it back out.

That combination is why it suits deep, heavy, awkward baskets: nothing has to be lifted over a door sill or threaded into a chamber. It goes straight down into the tank and straight back up.

Next step

Send us the parts

We run them on the matching line, record the cycle and give you the result against your standard — before you spend anything.

Request a quote or a cleaning trial

Send parts, get them run, get the result — then the number. Quoted as a working line: tanks, collection tanks, chemistry, recipes, commissioning and operator training.
