Full specification — MSX 15
Model name is a name, not a volume: the number in MSX 15 is not the litres. Total solution volume is the whole fill, including the pockets that carry the resonators, heaters and platform. Working volume is the liquid to the fill line, 25 mm below the rim. Chemistry doses are worked on this figure. All specifications — incl. dimensions, ultrasonic power and volume — are confirmed at quotation.
The light-industrial bench
The MSX 15 is the machine for the bench that works every day: a 1.5 mm SS316L tank with the control system of the industrial range — stepless 10–100% power, load sensing, three stored recipes on an LCD touch panel. It takes a 320 × 225 mm basket to 8 kg, holds 130 mm of working depth, and is rated for continuous operation — shift after shift is this machine’s normal day. The basket locks at drain position above the bath so drag-out drips back into the tank, and the torque-hinged lid carries a condensate deflector — the small engineering that separates trade equipment from appliances. Built tough, compliant for clinical reprocessing workflows, brilliant in the laboratory and completely at home in the workshop — the perfect all-rounder for people who value capability and quality.

Workshops & Trade Parts
Injectors, single carburettors, tooling and daily trays — the parts-washer replacement at bench scale.
Medical & Dental — volume
Cassette-scale reprocessing for day clinics — the step up when the PowerSonic queue forms.
Laboratories
Batch glassware with recipe-controlled consistency.
Electronics — batch
Board batches at 10–100% power control.
Recipes, not memory
Time, temperature and power in one screen — glove-friendly, splash-sealed.
One per part family. Operators pick, press, load — every basket runs the documented cycle.
Dial the intensity to the part, from delicate finishing to full demolition.
Delivered power held steady as load and temperature change through the shift.
Basket locks above the bath — drag-out drains back into the tank, not onto the bench.
0.6 kW pad heating, thermostat protected — chemistry at its activation window.
Approved chemistry
FX Degreaser
The daily bath for oils, grease and workshop soils — 5% in water, works from warm.
Product, SDS & TDS →Ferrous carbon & paintMetalTek 100
Grease, rust, scale, carbon and paint off steel and cast iron in one bath — the chemistry the 1.5 mm SS316 tank was built to hold. pH 14, so ferrous only.

Aerospace-approved aqueous for new-manufacture and precision work; 815 QR-NF for MRO carbon.

What goes in the tank

MSX 15 basket
Two compartments, stainless mesh, folded rim. Ships with every MSX 15. Spares and second baskets to order — run one while the other loads.

Chemistry for this tank
Four questions — approval, soil, metal, machine — and the shortlist comes back with prices inc GST.
The handles hook over the tank lip, so the basket locks above the bath at drain position — drag-out drips back into the tank, not onto the bench.
