Sized and built for heavy contamination
The 800 is built around its tank: a 1500 × 560 mm basket over 700 mm of working depth, sized for shafts, rails, long housings and the awkward loads that monopolise cranes. Ten generators deliver 15,000 watts peak of 25 kHz at 19 W/L, with autotune holding every channel on resonance.
The automated pneumatic lid is optional. Control is IDEC HMI/PLC, and the machine draws 36 kW connected at 415 V three-phase. Built simple as standard: the crane does the lift and the machine does the clean. The lifting platform is available as an option.
Misonics VarioSonic X generators drive the tank
Ten side-mounted tube resonators, each on its own Misonics VarioSonic X generator with autotune — the module finds and holds the resonant point as bath load and temperature change, so the power you set is the power the parts receive.
Loading is simple and robust: the optional pneumatic lid opens hands-free, the 1500 × 560 mm basket sits on its resting frame in the tank, and a manual spray gun station handles rinse-off at the machine.
Lifting platform optional — the standard 800 keeps it simple, and the price shows it.

Need powered immersion?
The 800 loads by hoist onto its basket frame — simple and priced accordingly. If your duty needs powered immersion, add the optional lifting platform, or step up to the EVS 1500-PL, or build your own EVS.
