Why this machine

Heavy-range engineering at workshop scale

The 300 is the smallest platform machine in the EvoSonic range: a 700 × 700 mm powered deck with a 400 mm stroke, lifting loads in and out of a 750 × 750 mm SS316L tank. Six generators deliver 9,000 watts peak of 25 kHz at 30 W/L — the highest power density in the range.

Control is a Siemens HMI with programmable cycles, filtration is a 5 µm single-line cartridge on a Lowara pump, and the electrical cabinet is air-conditioned for hot workshops. If parts arrive on a trolley rather than a crane, this is the EvoSonic that fits both the job and the floor.

The platform, standard

A powered deck — and our own electronics behind it

The platform does the immersion: parts load at bench height onto the 700 × 700 mm deck, the up/down mechanism takes them into the bath, and raise-to-drain happens over the tank — no hoist, no wet lifting.

Behind the panel, six Misonics VarioSonic X generator modules drive six side-mounted tube resonators with autotune — the same electronics that power the rest of the EVS range, holding every channel on resonance as load and temperature change.

The lid is manual — the automation budget went into the platform and the ultrasonics, where it earns its keep.

Chemistry

Approved chemistry

Chemistry rule: these tanks are approved for the declared chemistry at the declared concentration and temperature. Acid chemistry needs an acid-duty specification. Hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and pickling solutions are not permitted in the tank; acid processes are only possible by indirect cleaning in a chemically inert secondary container, and only with written Misonics approval.

Before you specify

What does 'heavy industrial' actually buy over the MSX floor range?
Scale and system engineering: multi-generator arrays, PLC/HMI control with logged programmable cycles, remote diagnostics, an elevator platform rated for loads no operator should touch, and factory oil management sized for genuinely dirty duty. An EvoSonic is a small plant, not a bigger tank.
How does loading work on the EVS 300?
At bench height: the platform rises to the top of the tank, parts load onto the 700 × 700 mm deck, and the up/down mechanism does the immersion and the raise-to-drain. The lid is manual — light, insulated and out of the way. If your loads outgrow the deck, the EVS 600 and 800 are the next steps up in tank.
How does the oil management work?
Continuously: the displacement weir takes the surface film, oil capture removes it from circulation, the interceptor catches solids, and stainless filtration polishes the bath — so the solution keeps working for weeks, not days.
What is the remote access for?
An industrial remote-access gateway lets our engineers read the PLC, diagnose faults and adjust parameters over the air — most support calls end without a site visit.
What power and services do these need?
415 V three-phase throughout; connected load runs from ~12 kW at the small end to 136 kW on the EVS 7000. Every quote includes a site-services check before anything ships.
Can they be customised?
Yes — the seven standard sizes cover most duties, and the same engineering delivers custom tanks, platforms and integration when they do not. The TM-series custom builds in our archive are this capability at work.
How do we prove it before committing?
Laboratory trial on your parts first; for production-scale proof we arrange staged commissioning with acceptance testing on your parts. No EvoSonic is bought off a brochure.
What comes with them?
