Full specification — MSX 70
Model name is a name, not a volume: the number in MSX 70 is not the litres. Total solution volume is the whole fill, including the pockets that carry the resonators, heaters and platform. All specifications — incl. dimensions, ultrasonic power and volume — are confirmed at quotation.
The deep-part tank
Same industrial drive as the MSX 50, bigger appetite: a 600 × 400 mm basket over a 300 mm working depth takes intake manifolds, gearbox casings and rack-scale trays. The 70 also accepts the 15 kHz tube-resonator accessory — the deep-demolition option for heavily carbonised work — and runs it all from single-phase 240 V.
What runs through a 70
Workshops & Trade
From carby banks to cylinder heads — the daily-duty floor machine.
Engine rebuilders
Blocks and heads stripped in one immersion — read the documented process.
DPF & filtration services
The two-bath ash process at floor scale — flow-tested per filter.
Radiators & exchangers
Whole-core immersion recovery — fins, tubes and headers together.
Approved chemistry
FX Degreaser
The daily bath for oils, grease and workshop soils — 5% in water, works from warm.
Product, SDS & TDS →Ferrous carbon & paintMetalTek 100
Grease, rust, scale, carbon and paint off steel and cast iron in one bath — the chemistry the 1.5 mm SS316 tank was built to hold. pH 14, so ferrous only.
Product, SDS & TDS →Precision & approvalsAquaVantage 815 GD
Aerospace-approved aqueous for new-manufacture and precision work; 815 QR-NF for MRO carbon.
