The endpoint is a defined, repeatable process condition — cycle time, chemistry, concentration, frequency and temperature are recorded parameters, not operator judgement.

What electronics engineers ask us

Is ultrasonic cleaning safe for populated boards?
With appropriate frequency, power and fixturing, yes — proven on sacrificial assemblies before production. Some components require exclusion; the trial identifies them.
Does it remove no-clean flux?
Yes with matched chemistry — 'no-clean' means low-residue, not no-residue, and coating adhesion often demands its removal.
What about ESD?
Process and handling are specified ESD-safe end to end.
Can field-return radio units be refurbished?
Enclosure and hardware cleaning restores far more units than replacement assumes — the trial tells you the recovery rate.
