The contamination

Combustion deposits

Biogas is not a clean fuel: lean-burn combustion leaves progressive deposits on electrodes and pre-chamber passages that degrade ignition quality, output and emissions.

Siloxane and mineral ash

Trace siloxanes in digester and landfill gas burn to abrasive glassy ash — the deposit that ends plug life early and resists every workshop brush.

The geometry problem

Pre-chamber plugs foul inside the chamber and its transfer bores — exactly where no mechanical cleaning reaches and where cavitation works at full strength.
