Build your own tank

Four standard sizes cover most of the work. When they don't, configure exactly what you need — every choice on this page becomes a complete request for quotation.

Configure it, and the RFQ writes itself

Work through the sections — only the dimensions are essential, everything else strengthens the quotation. Every option has an “other” where your situation doesn't fit the list. The summary card follows along and calculates the tank; Build my RFQ compiles the lot into the enquiry form at the bottom of the page.

Internal partitions let you fill and heat only the zone in use — as on the HX 12.

7 · Filtration & oil handlingbags · housings · weir

Filtration runs through the Misonics filtration skid with bags rated to the deposit. A displacement weir carries floating oil off the surface continuously; a coalescer separates it for disposal.

The generator cabinets and distribution board need to sit close to the tank — long cable runs cost power and money. The prefabricated container packages them with air-conditioning, power monitoring and surge protection in one delivered unit.

Calculated figures are a guide from our platform data; the array design and every number that matters are confirmed in writing at quotation.

Why the working volume runs the economics. Ultrasonic power, heating, chemistry dosage and filtration all scale with the litres you actually fill — not the badge on the tank. That is the number this page keeps in front of you.

Options, priced honestly

Heating and filtration, specified to the duty

Heating — electric or steam

Electric clamp tubes with baffles and a fitted temperature sensor where the site has no steam; a steam pipeline where it does. The calculator above sizes the electric bank to reach temperature overnight — a bigger bank buys faster heat-up, a smaller one buys nothing but waiting.

Either way it is a priced option. You are not paying for heating you will never switch on.

Filtration — the Misonics skid

Dirty draw one side, filtered return the other — the connections are standard on every tank. The Misonics filtration skid does the work: pump, bag housings and bags rated to the deposit, sized to turn the working volume over about twice an hour. Without it, you are washing the bundle in what came off it.

Retrofit later without touching the tank.

Under test

This is what the platform looks like running

A custom size is not a prototype — it is the same tank construction, transducer blocks and generator cabinets as the standard range, built to your length. This one is under test before shipping.

Where this sits

Standard first, custom when it earns it

If your longest workpiece fits a standard size, buy the standard size — it is proven, priced and faster to deliver. Custom lengths are for the workpiece that doesn't fit: HX 3, HX 6, HX 9 and HX 12 up and down the range, the EvoSonic 7000 below it, and for work beyond the platform entirely — transport, automation, multi-stage lines — a CM series custom build.
