What is the agitating platform option?
The load platform can oscillate through the cycle — the powered version of the oscillation stage in our process diagram. Heavy baskets clean evenly and blind holes flush instead of trapping soil.
How does the oil management work?
Continuously: the displacement weir takes the surface film, oil capture removes it from circulation, the interceptor catches solids, and stainless filtration polishes the bath — so the solution keeps working for weeks, not days.
What is the remote access for?
An industrial remote-access gateway lets our engineers read the PLC, diagnose faults and adjust parameters over the air — most support calls end without a site visit.
What power and services do these need?
415 V three-phase throughout; connected load runs from ~12 kW at the small end to 136 kW on the EVS 7000. Every quote includes a site-services check before anything ships.
Can they be customised?
