For anything that is not a machine, a housing, a weld or a chemical. If it is one of those, the form above asks the questions that let us answer properly.

A photo, a drawing, an invoice, a serial-number plate — whatever makes the question answerable in one reply.

Up to 5 files, 10 MB each and 25 MB in total. If they cannot be sent with the form we will still get your enquiry and the file names, and you can reply to our confirmation email with the photos — it carries your reference number.
