For the cores that laughed at the first attempt
Bore water, hard sites and years of deferred maintenance produce scale that ordinary descaling only insults. CoreKleen Plus is the escalated formulation — same core-safe philosophy, loaded for the carbonate and corrosion accumulations industrial exchangers actually carry.
Run it where the standard product stalls: heavy plant cooling, water-circuit hardware from mineral-heavy sites, exchangers on their first clean in a decade. The passages open, the flow test proves it.
Same acid discipline as all core work: substrate check first, times watched, rinse thorough, protection after.
Where it earns its keep
Heavy scale on cores, exchangers and water-circuit components.
Dose: 10–30%. The trial sets your exact process values; the TDS governs.
The working process
A freshly cleaned ferrous part is chemically active — protective films gone, surface warm and wet, rinse ions acting as electrolyte. Rust bloom can start within the hour. DI water rinsing slows it; protection stops it.
Inhibitor in the final rinse before hot-air drying, an Anti-Rust dip between processes, or a water-displacing film for storage — matched to the next process. Tell us what happens next and the protection specifies itself.
Right product, right job
Plus — heavy scale loading
